At The Mill Furniture Outlet, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note that custom-made pieces and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- 2.Prepare for Pickup or Shipping
Ensure the furniture is disassembled if necessary and securely placed in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Schedule Collection
For large furniture items, our logistics partner will contact you within 3-5 business days to coordinate a convenient pickup time from your residence.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once the item arrives back at our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
